It started in the small town of Monument on the Colorado Front Range. Grandma Cissy stirred a bubbling pot of her now perfected Jalapeño Relish, the aroma drifting through the house. After many batches, the recipe was just right. Spicy, sweet, and packed with a flavor that can transform almost any dish into gourmet. The locals were soon beating down the door for another jar of Cissy’s amazing jalapeño relish. Named after the beautiful rock formations in the area, Red Rock Relish was born.
